For additional information, 3TS has produced a range of useful, informative videos and self-help guides which deal with a broad range of mental health topics including Depression, Self-Harm, Anxiety & Panic and Stress.
Our video library provides simple and useful tips on spotting signs and tips for dealing with a variety of mental health topics. Our self-help library provides more detailed information and exercises to help in the management of common mental health issues.
Both resources are a great first step. However, where symptoms are prolonged or severe, we always recommend you speak with your GP.
