Your challenge, your way

January can be a tough month. Our 3Ts January Challenge isn’t about perfection or pressure — it’s about taking small, positive steps at your own pace.

Your challenge might focus on movement, wellbeing, connection or change. Whatever you choose, you’re likely to feel the benefits both physically & mentally.

You can, of course, raise funds for 3Ts while you take part — every contribution helps — but the most important thing is starting with yourself.

3Ts January Challenge ideas

  • 10,000 steps a day

  • Alcohol-free January

  • Couch to 5K

  • Veganuary or Veguary (or part-time!)

  • Meditation or mindful breathing

  • Switch off tech in the evenings

  • Giving up smoking, vaping or daily coffee

  • Acts of kindness

  • Learning a new skill or joining a class

  • Have a social media-free month

Or set your own challenge — what matters is choosing something that fits your life.

Telling friends & family about your challenge can help keep your momentum going — and you might even encourage others to take part.
