Absolutely delighted to announce that Derry Beau Downs will be taking the Food for Thought reigns on the 15th & 16th of September next in one of Dublin’s hottest new venues The Well, with his incredibly personal and exciting concept.
Dermot was sous chef in Dublin’s celebrated Locks Restaurant where he worked with Food for Thought Founder, Daniel Hannigan, teaching him me so much that Dan still uses today. Dermot is a chef who always looked after the younger staff and this reflects one of the core values of Food For Thought concept.
We are very excited to see what he has in mind for this special 3Ts fundraiser, but it involves serving a 16 course tasting menu timed to music, complete with a light show, drinks pairings and theatrical elements.

The team are are treating this as more of an art piece then a meal. All proceeds will go to 3Ts! How lucky are we? Very excited too!!
