Food For Thought: What Makes you Feel Good?

Hot off the press!  We’ll be launching a new series of positive mental health videos featuring the ‘Food for Thought’ team – Daniel Hannigan, Catarina Leone and Cameron Higgs. 

3Ts have been working closely with this group of friends.  Chef Daniel Hannigan is passionate about food and, having lost his own father to suicide when he was young, he wanted to do something to raise awareness of suicide and mental health. Daniel set up Food for Thought to bring people together at Pop Up Events to share food and share stories over a fine dining menu prepared by a stellar line up of chefs.   

 

Like Daniel, we all have something that we’re passionate about or have a keen interest in, something that drives us or helps us maintain balance in our lives.  Physically & mentally.  Friendship & family are important in supporting us through tough times but our interests can play a key role too.   

Inspired by the Food for Thought group’s friendship and motivations, we decided to take a look at how they each get through tough times, what makes them feel good as individuals and how they maintain balance in their lives.  In our short video series, the group each share their unique motivations and interests in the hope of inspiring you to take stock of what improves your mood!

You’ll be invited to join Daniel on his culinary journey as he speaks about food, what it means to him and his inspiration for creating the Food for Thought movement.

Catarina will share why creativity is important to her and how it helps her to step out of the busy pace of day to day life and see the bigger picture! 

Cameron will focus on his key passion – fitness – telling us how working on your physical health can have such a beneficial influence on your mood and general mental health.
