Food for Thought is the brainchild of talented young chef Dan Hannigan, Sous Chef at Richmond Restaurant in Dublin. This series of Pop-Up Dining Events aim to raise funds for suicide prevention. 3Ts are delighted to be the Food for Thought Charity Partner. Following the success of the team’s previous pop-up at The Pigeon House Delgany, the next date and venue in the series is to be at the acclaimed Lock’s Restaurant in Dublin on Monday July 2nd 2018. This promises to be a very special night – one to savour even. Originally from Wicklow, Dan has long been involved with suicide prevention initiatives. In Lock’s, Dan will be joined by a dream team of chefs, including David O’Byrne, Graeme Dodril, Conor O’Dowd, Chris Maguire and Ondrej Havlik. Front of house team will be led by Luke Murphy of Dublin’s Wishbone. All are volunteering their time to support Dan’s passion for Suicide Prevention and Suicide Awareness.

Food for Thought Diners will be treated to a six course tasting menu with wine for €85 per person and tickets are now on sell and going fast.
